Mussaenda glabra - Dwarf yellow Mussaenda
Mussaenda glabra, Dwarf Yellow Mussaenda, While not as spectacular in size as the standard Mussaendas this little charmer produces a constant supply of bright yellow flowers and bracts during warmer months in south Florida. Usual height has been between three and four feet in our garden. It has not proven to be cold hardy but does resprout from the root ball after a damaging winter when warmer weather returns in the spring. Its delicate leaves, flowers and bracts add a nice accent to any tropical landscape.
